They look like swirling sapphire blue whirlpools, but tint red when he is angry. He is quite tall, 5'9, and usually can be seen in chainmail armour for battle. But wears regular leather boots and soft leather chest pads. A quiver is always slung over his shoulder and a sword by his side. A green cloak covers his back and a pin, the only thing he has belonging to his elvish parents, is always on him.
Personality - Atty is kind and will stand up for anyone who cannot themselves. His temper rears t's ugly head from time to time, but mostly stays unseen. Atty doesn't speak much, he is too busy thinking. Thousands of thoughts race through his mind all the time. Atty spends a lot of his time with Rauros, his faithful horse. Rauros is Atty's best friend and they communicate a lot. Atty has a special bond with animals. His mind can briefly communicate with the animal's mind, which is useful for tracking.
History - Born to Elvish parents in Lothlorien, Atty's past is blurry. He never knew his parents. He was dropped on a doorstep in Rohan, at the age of three months. The doorstep belonged to a young couple, who were not very wealthy. Atty's foster parents could not afford to send Atty to school, but Atty was fine with this. The family owned a small female horse, who gave birth to Atty's horse, Rauros. One day Atty found a sword and began to mess about with it. Complicated slashes and stances came naturally to him, from his elvish blood. It just so happened a man, who's son had been killed in battle years ago. When he saw this boy with the sword, he immediately took him in as his own. He payed for Atty's food, clothes and education. A lot of money was spent on Atty's training, but the man could afford thi. Atty's foster parets were fine with this. They were given food and the necessary needs from the kind man too, so they soon became quite rich. The king of Gondor was summoning boys who would fight against Sauron in the future. Atty was sent to Minas Tirith and immedately accepted as a knight in training. The kind man, his foster parents and Rauros accompanied him and now they all live in Minas Tirith.
Role Play Sample - Attalus sat in the stable. Rauros lay beside him, neighing as he snored. It was midnight and darkness covered the streets of Minas Tirith. Atty had heard Rauros in the night and slipped out his bedroom window to check. Rauros had just got a shock, from a rat or something of the sort. As Atty sat, he entered Rauros' mind. He could see everything the horse had seen, but Atty backed out of the horse's mind quickly. He felt it was disrespecting Rauros' privacy.
He stood up and slipped to the stable door. He closed it gently and made his way along the dark strets, back to his house. Minas Tirith was still. Barely anyone was up at this hour. As Atty neared his house, which was near the High Court, and White Tower, he could see everything. All across the Pelennor Fields and the Anduin River. The night was as silent as the grave, but something disturbed it. A call, a horrible screech, echoed across the dusty plains. Danny's keen elf ears and eyes strained for the source of the noise. They found it quickly. "What the.............?" Atty whispered. The monster he gazed upon was horrible. Like a mutated dragon, with a rider on it's back. A Nazgul. The beast and rider were far away, but those things never neared Minas Tirith, unless something was happening, something bad.
